You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a SLOWER.WORLD account. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that information you provide for your account is accurate.

SLOWER.WORLD currently uses email-based authentication. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account and for activity carried out through your authenticated SLOWER.WORLD session. Product access may be granted directly, through an entitlement or through an eligible gift claim.

Access is personal unless a product explicitly states otherwise. You may not sell, transfer, share or misuse account access, claim tokens or restricted product access.

SLOWER.WORLD provides digital experiences such as rituals, guided programs, challenges, assessments, reflections and other practical or interactive formats. Availability, duration, release schedule, completion rules and included features may differ by experience and will be described on the relevant product surface.

A technical status such as published or preview does not by itself mean that a product is offered for commercial sale.

SLOWER.WORLD content is intended for general wellbeing, educational and self-reflection purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, psychotherapy, or emergency support, and it does not replace care from a qualified professional. You remain responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for you and for seeking professional support where needed.

You retain responsibility for information you choose to enter into SLOWER.WORLD. Private Journal reflections and assessment answers are designed as private user content and are not made available to creators or ordinary operational analytics. You grant JSC Erste the limited permission necessary to host, process and display your content back to you for operation of the service.

Do not use SLOWER.WORLD to store unlawful content or content that infringes another person's rights.

The SLOWER.WORLD service, branding, interface and content supplied by SLOWER.WORLD or its licensors are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Unless an experience expressly allows otherwise, access is for your personal, non-commercial use and does not grant a right to reproduce, resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the content.

You must not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with service security, probe or exploit the service, automate abusive access, impersonate another person, or use SLOWER.WORLD in a way that is unlawful or materially harms the service or other users.

We may maintain, improve, replace or discontinue non-purchased preview or beta functionality. We may temporarily restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or misuse prevention. Any future paid product commitments will be governed by the commercial terms presented when that product is purchased.

SLOWER.WORLD does not currently operate paid checkout. Before paid sales are enabled, these Terms and the checkout flow will be updated with applicable price, payment, contract, refund and digital-content withdrawal information, including any express consent required before immediate digital delivery. Nothing on the current site should be interpreted as a completed offer of a paid product unless a functioning checkout expressly states otherwise.

We aim to provide SLOWER.WORLD with reasonable care and to keep the service secure and available, but digital services may occasionally be interrupted or contain errors. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer or other mandatory law.

These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply to them under the law of their country of residence where such protections cannot be waived by agreement.

We may update these Terms as SLOWER.WORLD develops. The current version and update date will be published here, and material changes will be communicated where required. Questions can be sent to hello@slower.world.
